There
is always room for new talent! People under 16 are welcome to start their involvement
with the group - with parental permission - by taking part in our annual pantomime If
you don't want to 'tread the boards' we welcome help backstage, preparing the set and the
lights, painting the scenery, organising
props and costumes and, of course, we always welcome someone to make the tea! On performance evenings we serve tea and biscuits to our audience during the interval so help
is needed then too!
Full membership is open
to anyone from the age of 16 and the fee is £3 pa. Although
we meet in the church hall, you do not have to be a church member. Membership of the drama group allows you to take part in productions,
on stage or behind the scenes, with no further fees to pay. It also lets you
have a say at the group's AGM.
Associate Membership is open to those who wish to give support in ways other
than acting or working backstage. The fee for this is £2 per year.
